To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have some "house rules". We kindly ask you to observe these.

For the local management of the apartments in Playa Flamenca, we rely on a local key manager. If you have any questions during your stay, they can be reached by telephone. They can speak to you in Spanish, English or Dutch. Contact details will be provided to you prior to arrival.

 

In principle, the apartment can be taken into use from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and the apartment must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. However, if on the day of arrival or departure the apartment is not needed for the previous or subsequent guests, an earlier arrival or a later departure is in principle no problem (only after consultation). The estimated time of arrival / departure must always be discussed with the key manager so that keys can be handed over and the necessary explanation can be given.

The maximum number of people allowed is 4. You are of course free to receive guests, but they are not allowed withoutconsultation stay overnight.

The tenant may not sublet the apartment without the owner's permission.

​

Pets are not allowed.

​

Please do not play loud music, and after 23 hours of silence to respect on the terrace. Please consider your neighbors and the environment.

When booking, you must pay an advance of 25% of the rental price within 7 days by transfer to the account number that you will receive after booking. You pay the remaining 75% and deposit no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, also by bank transfer. For reservations within these 4 weeks, you pay the amount to be paid in one go; In case of cancellation within 3 months before the start of the rental period, the advance paid is no longer refundable. In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the start of the first day of the rental period, no refund will be made. If the apartment is still rented out for the entire period, a refund will follow over the periodrented period subject to deduction of the deposit.

We reserve the right to deny you access to the apartment in the event of inappropriate behavior without refund of funds. We cannot accept any liability for loss, theft, damage or injury of any kind caused to or by tenants. The use of the apartment and its facilities is at your own risk. We recommend that you take out good travel insurance.

​

You can use the washing machine. We do ask you to use an anti-limescale tablet with every wash; this to preserve the washing machine.

​

It is not allowed to flush sanitary napkins, toilet tissues, tampons, leftover food, fats or other materials that do not belong there down the toilet!

​

For hygienic reasons, smoking is not allowed in the apartment. We ask you to respect this rule. Think of the guests who come after you. Smoking on the terrace is allowed. If it is determined that there has been smoking inside the apartment, we reserve the right to withhold 50 € from the deposit.

​

Please deposit your waste in the garbage can, when it is full you can throw away and replace the garbage bag. You must take the household waste yourself to the appropriate containers along the public road, otherwise we will charge you for this. Containers, glass, cardboard/paper, plastic and other waste are placed on the public road.

 

You are kindly requested to use an anti-mosquito spray and not to kill mosquitoes against the wall or ceiling. If this does happen and we cannot remove the stains, we are forced to charge the costs of a painter. Mosquito screens are available for all bedroom windows.

 

You must leave the house as you found it on arrival, the dishwasher must be empty and clean and you can put the dirty laundry in a pile in the bathroom.

 

If you lose the keys incl. remote control of the house, you can call the manager, we will charge you an amount of € 100 for new keys.

 

All prices for extra services are in mutual consultation with the key manager. Optionally, an extra cleaning can be done for a fee. When leaving the house, for your safety, please lock everything properly. Your insurance (and ours) will not pay anything if the windows and doors are open.
